Hurst Handbells

The Hurst Handbells rehearse at the church on Monday mornings from 11:15 a.m. to 12 noon. They regularly perform in the local community throughout the year, including the annual Good Shepherd Auxilliary Staff Christmas Party, and for the residents of local Nursing Home. The Hurst handbells is a three octave handbell group.

Jubilation Ringers

The Jubilation Ringers are a four octave handbell group who rehearse at the church on Sunday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. This group regularly performs in morning worship, including the special “Hanging of the Greens” worship service on the first Sunday of Advent.

The Jubilation Ringers take part in the Handbell Festival held in our sanctuary in the Spring. This bi-annual event involves six local handbell groups from the downtown churches, and includes performances with organ and a brass quintet.
